You will have the responsibility to adhere to operational processes disciplines as well as escalation of issues internally and externally as appropriate to deliver a high level of customer service. This includes Incident, Change and Problem tickets according to established KPIs.
Your experience, knowledge and skills in RF site, RF principles and backhaul technology will allow you to enhance the skills within the Field Services Team for additional support duties for the SAGRN network.
You will identify, and recommend areas of improvement to improve service quality. This will include 3rd party contractors, auditing their work, reports, results, and ensuring compliance with the contractual requirements of the managed service.
