Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and mechanically inclined Field Service Technician to join our growing team. This role involves traveling to various job sites to install, maintain, and troubleshoot commercial kitchen equipment — primarily in fast food and gas station restaurant settings. The ideal candidate is technically skilled, self-sufficient, and capable of problem-solving in the field. Key Responsibilities:Drive a company vehicle and safely tow a 12-foot tandem axle trailer
Conduct service maintenance on kitchen equipment, including temperature readings and troubleshooting
Determine whether repair issues are within scope or require manufacturer warranty service
Take and upload detailed photographs of all installations using company Share Drive
Pick up and deliver materials to job sites and the fabrication shop as needed
