Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to mobile on-site service calls for vehicle defects, breakdown support and operational issues.
- Carry out first-line troubleshooting and minor rectification where safe and practical, including battery, lighting, fuses, relays, fluid top-up, wipers, loose fittings and basic electrical checks.
- Perform basic diagnostic checks, record fault codes and provide clear initial findings to the Team Lead/ Project Manager.
- Operate and manage the assigned service van, including basic tools, consumables, PPE and commonly required spare parts.
- Respond to after-hours standby calls when rostered, including remote troubleshooting, on-site attendance and coordination of towing or workshop support where required.
- Coordinate with servicing partner, workshop, vendor or towing provider for defects that cannot be resolved on-site.
