Overview Field Service Technician Location: Richards Bay Work Arrangement: Onsite We are a global leader in mining technology for a sustainable future. Our aim is to drive a shift to smart, efficient, and more sustainable mining, reducing rock handling, energy use, water usage, and waste. What you’ll do Ensure optimal equipment performance and data-driven maintenance. Liaise with end users on site. Provide daily feedback reports on Field Services. Conduct condition monitoring on allocated equipment. Provide monthly pump maintenance reports. Conduct vibration analysis on allocated equipment. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for unplanned downtime. Ensure adherence to all Safety Health Environment (SHE) and housekeeping requirements as per Field Service protocol.
