Field Service Technician – Radiometer

The Field Service Technician supports the needs of customers and directly impacts patient health. The position reports to the Service Team Lead and is part of the Field Service organization, working remotely and in the Repair Depot in Mississauga to cover the Ontario territory.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, calibrate, clean and test instruments using logical troubleshooting procedures in a timely manner.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships. Review solutions with customers, discuss needs and ensure safe operation.
• Maintain a field parts inventory, testing devices and tools. Maintain a clean and safe working environment at the customer site, company vehicle, and depot repair area.
