Ihre Aufgaben / Your responsibilities:
Carry out reactive and planned maintenance on reverse vending machines
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical and basic software-related issues
Install replacement parts and carry out minor upgrades where required
Ensure machines are safe, reliable and operating in line with agreed service levels
Accurately record completed work using mobile service management systems
Represent the company professionally at customer sites
Adhere to all health and safety procedures
Support new site roll-outs as our network continues to expand
