Field Service Technician Automation

Introduction:

Focusing on Metso Automation Equipment, you will be responsible in playing a crucial part in performing and coordinating Field Service support relating to machines, spares and wears, and providing customers with technical services in conjunction with sales. In this position, you will report to the Field Service Supervisor - Hard Rock. This role will allow opportunities to gain experience and training on other Metso products and services.

What you'll do:

• Provide hands-on service work on Metso Mineral Processing Analytical Equipment in the field at various customer site.
• Provide technical liaison services between customers, product divisions and sales personnel.
• Perform technical evaluations and analyse equipment and machine component failures.
• Supervise and oversee projects on customer sites.
