Job Description
Purpose
The Site Supervisor is a field leadership role responsible for coordinating and overseeing day-to-day site activities on our projects. This position requires strong leadership, technical competency, and the ability to direct crews in a safe, efficient, and compliant manner. Candidates may come from skilled trades, technical, operational, supervisory, engineering, or other relevant industry backgrounds with experience supporting complex field or industrial work environments. The Site Supervisor acts as the primary on-site lead, ensuring work is executed in alignment with project scope, schedule, safety requirements, and quality standards while maintaining productive working relationships with union crews, subcontractors, and management.
