What you’ll do:
You’ll manage large-scale telematics installation projects for key customers, coordinating third-party installation partners and acting as the main point of contact during deployments. The role combines project management, stakeholder coordination, and operational oversight.
The Field Service Project Manager will oversee the service department’s budget, identify and implement cost-saving initiatives, and monitor service-related expenses, including revisions, warranties, and SLAs. They will ensure compliance with service agreements to validate invoicing in collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Customer Service, Customer Success Management, and Administration teams.
