Job Description
Our client, a well-established company is seeking an experienced Field Service Manager to lead their Cape Town service team.

Oversee a team of Service Technicians, drive operational excellence, build client relationships, and support the growth of the Boiler Management System (BMS) as a revenue-generating platform.

Minimum Requirements
- B Tech: Mechanical Engineering or N. Dip Mechanical Engineering
- Gas Practitioner License
- 8–10 years' experience in an industrial/engineering environment
- 3–4 years' installation experience with burners and boilers (green energy, gas, and oil)
- Ability to issue COC certificates
- Electrical knowledge (ELC1 and ELC2)
- Strong team leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Computer literate – MS Office Suite, MS Teams (Accpac/Xero advantageous)
