Field Service Engineer - Spain Andalucia F/M

The Field Service Engineer will provide service and maintenance along with troubleshooting and commissioning of the laboratory instruments in the Leica Biosystems portfolio, including network configuration and implementation of Digital Pathology equipment.

This position is to provide onsite support, with occasional support within the EU where necessary. The ideal location will be Sevilla .

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Provide support to end users to maximize customer satisfaction and to build the reputation of the products in the marketplace
• Visit customers to perform preventative maintenance, repairs, fault analysis, and upgrades to achieve optimum customer care and ensure a professional repair in due time with effective and efficient working practices in line with set KPI’s
