Field Service Engineer, Software

Completes technical-oriented service tasks of various scopes and supports in planning and managing these tasks.

• You will perform maintenance of OIS and TPS software products to ensure that systems are systematically updated and operate properly at all times, achieving full customer satisfaction.
• You will instruct and support customers in system maintenance and basic operation of OIS and TPS software products, enabling customers and users to operate their equipment independently.
• You will install OIS and TPS software products for Varian Medical Systems equipment in accordance with company procedures and the customer's technical and system environment, ensuring that all Varian products function properly.
• You will maintain a high degree of professional knowledge and safety consciousness in line with Varian Medical Systems guidelines, performing all activities under the safest working conditions.
