Field Service Engineer

We are seeking motivated individuals to join as Field Service Engineers with PCB and software experience. This role involves providing customer support, installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of client’s equipment and systems. You will work under close supervision while ensuring high-quality service delivery in accordance with company and customer standards.

• Perform installation, modification, repair, and preventive maintenance of equipment and systems
• Provide on-site customer support and ensure high levels of service satisfaction
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with site safety requirements
• Obtain required equipment service and operational certifications as assigned
• Prepare and submit service and status reports for all support activities as required
• Document service activities and maintenance records accurately and in a timely manner
