JOB DETAILS

1.Assess equipment condition, issue repair recommendations, and plan for future repairs or replacement of equipment.
2.Write inspection summary reports and deliver presentation of results.

3.Conduct shop inspections of equipment to ensure compliance to standard specifications, customer requirements, engineering specifications and all applicable industry codes.

4.Conduct inspections of equipment at the process plant or in fabrication shops.

5.Field service engineers may work on an oil rig or land rig.

6.Field service engineers ensure that every aspect of oil production runs smoothly. 

7.They are responsible for all aspects of the jobsite, which includes maintaining safety rules, schedules, and equipment. 

8.They are responsible for the calibration and repair of all equipment used in the oil drilling process.
