Field Service Engineer in PWS

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Provide site service to installed based customers.
+ Provide Lifecycle Service to Local customers.
+ Perform MRO & Warranty Service to customers.
+ Implement Upgrade/Migration Ovation system.
+ Provide 24-hour standby service to Korea contract customers.
+ Support installed based service infrastructure building in Korea.
+ Disseminate safety notices and important KBA to local service organization.
+ Provide repair quotation support to local Reps/Sub.
+ Work with customer to achieve 100% registration for Ovation system.
+ Manage product recall/replacement.
+ Reports progress and technical problems to Service Manager.
+ Co-work closely with project teams.
+ Pro-actively identify potential quality and efficiency improvements within assigned work.
