Field Service Engineer — Customer Support & Technical Care

Charles River Endotoxin And Microbial Detection Singapore is seeking a Field Customer Support Specialist I to provide on-site and depot technical service for instruments. The role coordinates customer tickets, schedules, and communications to ensure timely, high-quality resolutions.

You will perform troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, calibration and qualification, while coordinating triage, training, and documenting service activities.
