Role Overview

Field Service Engineer – CT Medical Imaging – responsible for service, repair, and maintenance of advanced CT imaging systems.

Responsibilities

Serve customers by diagnosing and resolving technical issues with CT imaging systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Manage on‑call duties and overtime as required.

Coordinate with engineering teams for complex repairs and field upgrades.

Qualifications

• Experience in a field service or technical support role within a medical imaging environment.
• Proficient in repairing CT medical imaging systems.
• Familiarity with Siemens, GE Healthcare, or Philips Healthcare CT systems.
• Minimum ONC or HNC qualification in electronics or a relevant technical discipline.
• Excellent customer service skills; confident and professional in customer‑facing situations.
