Field Service Engineer - Windows / O365 / Desktop Support
Contract | 12 Months | UK Citizenship Required
We are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to provide onsite IT support within a large enterprise environment. This is a hands‑on role supporting end users across Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, desktop hardware, mobile devices and workplace technology services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite desktop support and end-user IT support
- Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office and O365 issues
- Support laptops, desktops, printers and peripheral devices
- Perform hardware break‑fix and device replacements
- Support VPN connectivity and remote access issues
- Assist with device imaging, deployment and software upgrades
