Our client is a fast-growing electronics brand and they are looking for a Field Sales Supervisor. This role is responsible for driving in-store excellence across assigned retail channels. This role oversees promoters, ensures merchandising standards are met, manages relationships with retail partners, and ensures that roadshows and retail activations run smoothly. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and confident in managing both people and partners in a fast-paced retail environment.
Your new role
Oversee daily retail operations across assigned stores to ensure brand standards, merchandising, pricing, and promotions are executed consistently
Manage, train, and motivate promoters while monitoring attendance, performance, and sales targets
Coordinate closely with retail partners and store managers to support campaigns, resolve issues, and strengthen working relationships
