Field Sales Specialist: FMCG & Wholesale Growth

Mondelez International in Mexico is seeking a Field Sales professional to develop relationships with customers and optimize base sales, new product introductions (NPD) and promotions. You will ensure strong visibility in retailers and drive the field KPIs to meet annual objectives.

The role focuses on maximum shelf presence, execution of promotional activities, data analysis of sales, Sell In/Sell Out, and close collaboration with retail partners to close deals and hit targets.
