**Field Safety Director**

**Reports To:** VP of Safety
**Location:** Remote; one week per month in Lincolnshire
**Travel:** 50% overnight travel

The Field Safety Director leads environmental, health, and safety programs across Camping World’s national retail dealership and RV service center network. Reporting to the VP of Safety, this role provides strategic field leadership, develops Regional Safety Managers, partners with senior operations leaders, and drives consistent execution of the company’s “True North” safety culture across all territories.
