Field Recruitment Executive – Roles & Responsibilities

• Source candidates for apartment facility management positions through field recruitment, job portals, referrals, and local networks.
  
• Conduct walk-in drives, job fairs, and field hiring campaigns.
  
• Screen candidates and schedule interviews with the hiring manager.
  
• Coordinate and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  
• Ensure timely closure of open positions such as Housekeeping, Security, Technical Staff, Helpdesk, and Supervisors.
  
• Collect and verify candidate documents before onboarding.
  
• Coordinate offer letter issuance and joining formalities.
  
• Track candidate joining and reduce no-show/dropout cases.
  
• Build and maintain a database of local candidates for future requirements.
