Field Operation & Track Measuring Technician (Madrid)

Responsibilities Execute ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of high‑tech equipment on rail vehicles, including coach roofs and underframes. Perform ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of cooling, water, and air piping. Plan and track periodic maintenance activities. Plan and track corrective maintenance activities. Install and interconnect cabling between equipment, including power supplies. Calibrate and tune monitoring systems. Participate in measurement campaigns on the customer's rail network. Operate computers and hardware of monitoring systems during inspection runs. Operate software measuring systems; manage data storage and configure systems. Submit on‑board track inspection results and reports to the customer. Perform basic troubleshooting of monitoring systems. Provide local support to system specialists on site or remotely from Italian offices. Manage spare parts at customer facilities. Suggest product improvements.
