Job Description
Overview
As a Field Mechanic – Pump, you’ll use your skills to perform maintenance and repairs on complex equipment in a safe and professional manner. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of dryers and pumps. You’ll have opportunities to grow toward higher-level Tech roles in our Service Department and provide exceptional customer service to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Safe maintenance and repair of a variety of complex rental equipment involving mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems
- Travel to customer job sites for repair/maintenance of rental equipment; maintain service vehicle in a clean and professional manner
- Assist in the training of lower level technicians as needed
- Maintain paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) in a complete and timely manner on a daily basis
