Job Description
As a Field Insight Specialist you’ll play a key role in helping the business understand how our field operations are performing. You’ll provide an independent, data‑led view of end‑to‑end performance, turning complex data sets into actionable insights that drive smarter decisions and better outcomes for customers.
Responsibilities
- Analyse field performance data, including trial results and customer self‑install journeys
- Identify trends, root causes and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business to translate data into meaningful stories for non‑technical audiences
- Shape initiatives that improve performance at scale
- Present insights in a clear, concise manner using data visualisations and narrative techniques
