About the Role
The Technical contact for all ASUS Commercial SYS products will provide technical support pre and post sales, analyze and understand the specificities needed for tenders to compile tender responses proposals.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve all technical issues for key accounts (Including onsite), liaise with HQ and Europe on issues.
- Report to the technical, product and marketing teams on the reality of the customer journey to improve our solutions and their deployment.
- Collaborate with the technical team at HQ to build and develop the technical knowledge base in solution approach.
