Fiber Planner

We’re looking for a Fiber Planner to join us at Telia. I’m Lene Berg, Manager Fiber Planning, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. You’ll join a dedicated team of 15 professionals primarily based in Oslo, Stavanger, and Trondheim.

What you’ll do:

• Strategic planning and analysis of Telia’s fiber network
• Perform documentation and quality assurance of as-built
• Respond to internal and external requests regarding network capacity
• Support analysis and data quality initiatives to improve network efficiency

What will help you thrive in this role:

• Proven experience in fiber network planning and documentation (2–4 years)
• Expertise in Smallworld LNI/PNI for fiber network design and documentation
• Familiarity with Kartserver and Visio for network visualization and planning
