FFE Specialist 는 Business Excellence 조직에서 영업 조직의 성과와 운영 효율을 높이기 위한 핵심 역할을 수행합니다. 영업 인센티브, CRM 운영, Field Analytics, 영업 성과 관리 등의 업무를 담당하며, 분석적 사고를 바탕으로 데이터 기반의 의사결정을 지원하고, 디지털 및 AI 기반 환경에서 영업 조직의 생산성 향상과 지속적인 운영 개선을 이끌어가는 역할이 기대됩니다.
