Mission, Roles and Responsibilities Experience in setting up standards and implementing the required performance measures. Maintain site layouts, operational warehouse layouts to remain current and updated with all new changes to ensure sound work practices. Analysing and improving key business processes, work measurement, operational design and layout. Feasibility studies which include data gathering and presenting the data to management in a well-structured report and presentation. Application of Industrial Engineering principles, lean methods and techniques & FES Principles. Increase operating efficiencies and achieve potential costs saving initiatives.
