JOB REQUIREMENTS
Academic Qualifications High school certificate or diploma in any field. Years of Experience 1–2 years of experience in lifeguarding, guest safety, or emergency response within pools, beaches, waterparks, or aquatic attractions. Other Requirements Certified lifeguard license and valid CPR/First Aid certification are mandatory.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise designated water zones and enforce safety regulations. • Respond swiftly to water-related incidents or emergencies. • Perform water rescues and provide basic first aid when required. • Conduct routine checks of flotation devices, signage, and rescue gear. • Educate guests on water safety and restricted behaviors. • Maintain cleanliness of pool or beach areas.
