A passionate and customer-focused Barista (Female) to join our team at Cafe Barbera, BurJuman Mall. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of coffee preparation, espresso extraction, milk texturing, and customer service. The barista will be responsible for delivering consistently high-quality beverages while creating an exceptional guest experience.

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages including espresso, cappuccino, latte, flat white, cortado.
• Dial in espresso daily and adjust grind settings to maintain optimal extraction.
• Perform accurate dosing, distribution, tamping, and extraction techniques.
