The Park Nicollet Behavioral Health Department is comprised of a large, multidisciplinary team of clinicians who provide comprehensive mental health services to patients in Minnesota. We are seeking a Post-Masters Therapy Fellow for our DayBridge program in Saint Louis Park, MN.

This position will work under the direct supervision by an LICSW to provide psychosocial and psychiatric assessment, treatment planning and referral, to patients and families at DayBridge Partial Hospitalization Program (Methodist/Park Nicollet) using a full range of social work treatment modalities.This role will provide outpatient mental health care to patients experiencing mental illness via therapeutic programming, implementation of safety care plans, creating/reviewing individualized patient treatment goals and utilization of trauma informed de-escalation skills for patient s...
