Job DescriptionMission of the Role:To have end-to-end ownership of a feature, work with customer and other stakeholders to understand the requirements for the Instrument cluster, displays & Electrification products, capture SW requirements, allocate requirements to the right teams and review the quality of the implementation.Key Objectives of this Role:- Feature Planning, tracking, change & defect management:- Lead the definition of the Work package expanding it to further work items.- Establish plan according to the project milestone.- Negotiate with the customer on the technical requirements and delivery timing.- Estimate Efforts for SW Requirements.- Manage change requests through the change control process.- Actively manage the defect assigned to the feature by working with all the stakeholders.- Plan and track all the certification and manufacturing related activities as part of Feature tracking.- Develop the SOW and manage the work packages for third party features.- Feature requ...
