. Experienced in Chinese food industry. . Experienced in Chinese Spices . Well Verse in Mandarin to be able to communicate with Chinese speaking chef . Supervise efficient upkeep of tools through proper usage of equipment and devices. . Analyze all customer requirements and prepare plans to resolve customer care-related issues and satisfy customers. . Monitor and ensure optimal cleanliness, and sanitation. .
