Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the supervision of the performance of store and of all rank and file positions
- Visit stores for monitoring
- Responsible for inventory control, safety and loss prevention in order to promote sales and meet profit goals
- Mediate as necessary when there are customer's complaints or concerns that need immediate solutions.
- Ensures the highest level of customer service at all times
- Checks schedules of rank and file employees to maximize their utilization
- Coordinates regularly with the Operations Manager for any changes/improvements in the store.
- Monitors equipment daily and calibrates it as needed during store operations. Reports equipment malfunction and prepares job order requisition. Plans preventive maintenance of equipment.
