Overview

The F&B Services Manager oversees food and beverage operations across multiple venues, supporting the Director of Food & Beverage in customer service, employee development, financial and operational management for 24‑hour casino operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the food and beverage department.
• Promote teamwork, positive atmosphere, and delivery of excellent customer service.
• Recruit, train, and oversee staff; ensure completion of assigned responsibilities.
• Oversee completion of evaluations, development, and training for the department.
• Resolve issues within the department or with guests as needed.
