Highly motivated f&b Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy, high-volume restaurant and bar at a clubhouse on a 9-hole golf course

Essential requirements:

• Matric
• Hospitality Management Qualification
• Minimum 4 years F&B management experience in a 4* hotel or a golf club
• Oversee clubhouse restaurant, bar, half way house and drinks carts for the course, as well as functions
• Inventory and procurement: overseeing stock ordering, receiving, inventory management, minimising wastage and shrinkage through effective controls
• Staff management: lead team by example, roster according to business requirements and effective control of timekeeping
• Drivers licence essential
