Restaurant Assistant Manager

Working Hours: Shifts start 9am to 10pm

Working Days: 5.5 days

Salary Range: $3000 - $3500

• Co-manage the daily operation of the restaurant with the Restaurant Manager.
• Take full ownership and responsibility of the restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant Manager and ensure smooth service flow with the team.
• Oversee all front- and back-of-house duties in the restaurant.
• Familiarize the whole floor operation by carrying out the different roles of every floor position such as hosting, serving, cashiering, etc.
• Provide a high quality of service and deliver an excellent dining experience to all customers.
• Enhance leadership and performance through training, motivating, assessing, and acting as a role model for all crew members to deliver high quality service.
