Due to expansion, we have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Farm Worker / General Operativewith good attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
As the Farm Worker / General Operative you will be part of a dynamic team working across different phases of the growing cycle. During the harvesting season, you will focus on Leeks production, ensuring efficient performance to meet yield targets while maintaining quality standards. Outside of harvesting, your role will involve supporting planting operations, hand weeding, and assisting with protective measures for crops.
The Farm Worker / General Operative role is very hands-on, requires teamwork, attention to detail, and adherence to health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
