FARM MANAGER – POULTRY & VEGETABLES (HARTEBEESPOORT)

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and hands‑on Farm Manager to oversee a mixed farming operation focusing on poultry production and vegetable cultivation in the Hartebeespoort area. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, driving farm expansion, and ensuring optimal productivity, biosecurity, and cost efficiency across both enterprises. Minimum Requirements 5–7 years’ proven experience in commercial farming, with exposure to both poultry and crop production preferred Strong knowledge of poultry production systems (broilers and/or layers), including biosecurity and flock management Experience in vegetable farming, including land preparation, irrigation, planting cycles, and crop management Strong administrative and financial management skills (budgeting, reporting, and record-keeping) Experience in mechanised farming and workforce coordination Ability to work independently and make practical, on‑ground decisions Strong planning, organisationa...
