Farm Manager

The Role

Alongside the owner, you will be implementing the day-to-day operations of the business.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Coordination of daily operations of the business
2. On-the-ground management of employees and contractors
3. Forward planning and implementation of production goals
4. Paddock record keeping and reporting
5. Machinery operation (tractors, air-seeders, trucks, sprayer, fieldbins etc.)
6. Maintenance and repair to plant, fencing, water supply and yards
7. Livestock (sheep) - approx. 1000 head, both in wool and livestock trade
