Farm Insurance Advisor – Sales & Service Book of Business

Position Summary

We are looking for an Experienced Farm Insurance Advisor to join our Commercial Book of Business team in Lacombe, AB. This permanent full‑time role focuses on new business development and growing a farm book through proactive prospecting, referrals, relationship building, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide front‑line sales and customer service for Small to Mid‑Market Commercial Insurance accounts and more complex accounts.
• Advise and counsel new and existing clients on coverage and provide recommendations based on their needs.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of agricultural prospects and expand the book of business.
• Generate new business in commercial lines through cold calls, introductory letters, inbound calls, and walk‑in clients.
