Farm-Based SEND Support Worker: Animal Care & Therapy

Bucks Skills Hub is looking for individuals to join their farm-based team, supporting young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). The role involves engaging learners through practical activities, animal care, and structured learning sessions.

Suitable candidates should have experience working with children or vulnerable adults, strong communication skills, and a commitment to fostering independence in learners. Successful postholders may need to complete a Level 3 Award in Education and Training upon probation completion.
