Part-time family worker for social services in open care!
Key Tasks
The family worker will perform family work, intensified family work, and may include professional support activities and home services for families with children. The role also involves acting as a partner in service need assessment. The goal of family work is to strengthen family resources, parenting, and support internal family interactions. The work is mobile and involves working in families' homes, activity environments, and networks.
Working Hours and Location
Working hours can vary between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m. Main work is performed on weekdays, with occasional weekend shifts depending on the family’s situation. The primary work location is Sodankylä, but work may also be carried out elsewhere within the service area.
