About the Role
We are currently recruiting a full-time Family Support Practitioner for September 2026 to support an excellent Primary School located in Prescot, Knowsley. We are seeking someone who is experienced in a similar pastoral role, who has a passion in helping children and families thrive.
The successful candidate will work closely with families, staff and external agencies to build positive relationships, remove barriers to learning and support children to engage fully in school life.
