Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible nurse practitioner or physician assistant

Must have at least two years of post training primary care experience

Opportunities available in Dorchester & Quincy

You would work at one site only

Medicare-focused patient population (65+)

Hybrid schedule

Four onsite days per week from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

One remote day per week

Monday-Friday schedule

Part-time option available

Light call schedule
