Locums Ongoing Family Med/Primary Care Providers - Lane County, OR Location: Lane County, Oregon, Eugene/Springfield area Setting: Outpatient Clinics (could be assigned to any of six different clinics across the county), Outpatient only Schedule: M-F, 8a-5p, No Call, nights, weekends, holidays; Ongoing Start Date: ASAP End Date: Ongoing Requirements:

• Board Eligible (minimum) FM/IM
• Active, unrestricted OR license or obtain OR license; New OR license process 8-10 weeks once app is received - Cost: $245
• Clean DEA (no current suits, unresolved cases, large payouts)
