**Position Summary**
Provides direct Family Peer Support services to member's guardians, caregivers, and care team. Provides guidance to SKY initiatives.

**Required Qualifications**

+ Must reside in Jefferson County, Kentucky
+ Ability to travel up to 33% of the time
+ Certification in or eligibility to become certified as a KY Family Peer Support Specialist
+ Meets Eligibility Criteria:
