Family Law Paralegal (3-7 years) – 100% Remote – #5154
Our client, a well-established boutique law firm in downtown Vancouver, is seeking a Family Law Paralegal with 3–7 years of experience to join its team. This is a 100% remote opportunity.
Responsibilities
Manage family law files from commencement through resolution.
Communicate directly with clients and serve as a key point of contact throughout the litigation process.
Schedule and coordinate discoveries, mediations, court appearances, and trials.
Prepare, file, and serve a variety of court documents, including Notices of Family Claim, Responses, Counterclaims, Notices of Application, Application Responses, Affidavits, Orders, Trial Briefs, JCC Briefs, Form F8s, Settlement Offers, Mediation Briefs, and Expert Instruction Letters.
Prepare application record binders, desk order divorces, and LTSA filings, including CPL registrations...
