Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments including medical history, physical exams and preventive screenings to ensure holistic care. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address both acute and chronic health issues, ensuring patient understanding and compliance. Manage ongoing patient relationships, fostering a supportive environment to encourage open communication and trust. Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers to optimize treatment outcomes and streamline patient referrals.
Qualifications
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution. Completion of a residency in Family Medicine, with a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience preferred.
